OUR HISTORY

Jennifer Prost Gierhart reached out to Luke Marian after a long day of working together. They decided they needed a change. The company they were working for was getting ready to close its doors. They realized they could keep their clients and create food that was delicious and reasonable. Their mission began and they set forth on the journey to developing Hart Catering Company.

    Jennifer Prost Gierhart President

    Jennifer Prost Gierhart, owner and operator of Hart Catering Company, has 12 years’ experience in the private catering industry and received her Hospitality Restaurant Management degree from Missouri State University.

  • Luke Marian
    Luke Marian Executive Chef

    Chef Luke Marian, head chef of Hart Catering Company, studied the culinary arts and received his degree from the Forest Park branch of Culinary Institute of America.  He has 15 years in the industry.
